CEO Kaare Nørgaard says, "2005-06 was the year in which we consolidated our business and also consolidated our products, so they can be used right off the shelf. This opens the door to a significant expansion of our client base.

"We see many new opportunities in the coming year in our core segment, which besides public administration also includes Business Process Management for large enterprises, management of clinical processes in the health industry and Straight Through Processing for the financial sector. In other words, any area where there's a need for intelligent, efficient digital management of work processes."

In 2006, Resultmaker introduced the first two levels in its suite of standard products for digital workflow solutions: 

 

  • Online Consultant eForms, which provides a graphical user interface and drag-and-drop technique that makes it easy for anyone to create electronic forms and put them into a simple workflow.
  • Online Consultant BPM Suite, which contains a broad palette of additional tools for developing more complicated workflow solutions spanning multiple forms, multiple organizations and multiple users, with individually defined roles, signatures, etc.

During the year, Resultmaker has delivered several outstanding electronic reporting systems:

  • The world's first electronic system for handling mortgages was delivered to the Danish Maritime Authority (Søfartsstyrelsen). It handles debts, deeds and title registration for vessels in a single process, with digital signatures.
  • The world’s most comprehensive system for public administration: In 2006, Digital Citizen Service (Digital Borgerservice) made Denmark the first country in which citizens and companies can access the full set of administrative forms online.
  • The world’s largest data model, consisting of 22,500 content suggestions for the Danish OIO XML standard, or more than 90% of the total number of XML Schemas.
  • The first administrative solution that was "born digital" when the Danish motor vehicle inspection system was fully digitalized. This system lives up to extreme demands for platform stability and handles very high throughput (about 40,000 requests and 7000 transactions per day).
