The platform, called "eFormulieren," is based on Resultmaker technology and was developed in cooperation with our Dutch partner, Capgemini. Like our e-Government solutions in Denmark, it makes use of digital signatures (called "DigiD" in Holland) to ensure a high security level.
Newcomers to eFormulieren are:
- The province of Noord-Brabant.
- Waterschap De Dommel (one of the institutions for the regulation of water quantity and quality).
- The SZW Agency (an agency under the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment that is responsible for administering subsidy schemes relating to work and income policy).
- CTG/ZAio (The National Health Tariffs Authority under the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport).
- Senter Novem (The Netherlands Organisation for Energy and the Environment).
These entities use eFormulieren for a variety of different purposes, which demonstrates the flexibility of the system. A common thread is the ability to create guided workflows that help citizens fill out government forms simply and efficiently.
