Microsoft launched the Citizen Service Platform (CSP) as its e-Government platform in Porto, Portugal, on April 23, 2008. The Citizen Service Platform is a complete platform for Governments. It combines the world’s strongest and well proven products. Resultmaker is profiled as one of the leading partners in the CSP, due to its strong track record in e-Government.

What will CSP mean to customers
The Citizen Service Platform is a complete platform for Governments. It combines the world’s strongest and well proven products into an offering that makes it possible for governments to deploy a coherent platform instead of spending vast amounts of taxpayer money to piece a platform together using development resources.

The offering combines Microsoft’s products with technologies from Resultmaker (Denmark), TeamKnowledge (UK), Infusion (Canada, US), Spenta (Spain), and CaveDigital (Portugal). These partners have spent significant investments to make sure that the CSP stands as a well integrated offering, leveraging each partner’s strong experience.

Microsoft and the partners have furthermore developed templates that are shipped for free with the CSP, which enable customers to quickly adapt and set up the platform to their own specification.

Resultmaker is the CSP partner that contributes with technology and templates for the area of electronic forms with digital signature and processes. Resultmaker brings the 1,200 Danish public sector forms complete with 40,000 field definitions into the CSP as well as over 200 end-to-end process definitions from Denmark and the UK.

Resultmaker furthermore brings Resultmaker Process Designer™ into the community, which allows forms owners and process owners inside Governments to design their own processes in a few minutes without requiring expert assistance.

What will CSP mean to Resultmaker
Resultmaker is now the obvious choice for all Microsoft partners when it comes to e-forms in processes with digitally signed transactions.

“We expect to grow our business worldwide now, and we expect the Citizen Service Platform to gain momentum during 2008. We have made Resultmaker Process Platform™ available for Microsoft Partners together with a partner kit to take advantage of the new e-Government platform. As an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) with a strong series of high performing Government references, we feel ready to supply and support existing and new-comming partners coping with the upcoming demand” says Kaare Nørgaard, CEO of Resultmaker.
