On January 25th, Resultmaker participated in a great day of discussing process implementation in practice. Over 70 participants heard Resultmaker present their vision for practical implementation of workflows and processes alongside a couple of other vendors and researchers. Based on field research by Ph.D. Magnus Nilsson from Jobcenter København (City of Copenhagen, Center for Employment Services), the days topic was how to rectify some of the issues he had experienced in his research; especially how to distribute, utilize and document best practices. Resultmaker presented an implemented solution based on the main process for receiving a new unemployed person in the Center for Employment Services.
